Welcome to the Your Brain Matters Online Learning Program.
There are many things that you can build into your everyday life to be brain healthy. This program has been designed to show you the close links between what’s good for your physical health and what’s good for your brain.
The program should take approximately 30 minutes to complete. You’ll do a self assessment to see where you currently stand, answer questions to find out how much you know about brain, body and heart health, watch videos to find out how these areas are linked to dementia risk, and finally, view suggestions for the small changes you can make in your own life.
You’ll be surprised just how easy it may be to reduce your risk of dementia – not just in the future, but right now!
